CAMS Member
You must be a current CAMS Member to register. CAMS Members must have a valid e-mail address in our system in order to register online. CAMS Members with a Regular Membership must also have paid their current year's membership dues in order to register. A valid Photo ID is required to enter the facility. The registration deadline is October 15, 2012.
CANA Member
Registration for current CANA Members. A valid Photo ID is required to enter the facility. The registration deadline is October 15, 2012.
FCMS Member Organization – $60.00
Registration for individuals members of the FCMS Organizational Members. FCMS Members: ACAP, ACCP, CAMASC, CAPS, CCHCA, CCMS, CHMS, PCAMA, VCACMDA. Please indicate your membership on your registration form. A valid Photo ID is required to enter the facility. The registration deadline is November 5, 2012.
Non-CAMS Member – $100.00
Registration for Non-CAMS, CANA and FCMS Organizational Members. A valid Photo ID is required to enter the facility. The registration deadline is November 5, 2012.
Non-CAMS Member: Student
Registration for students. A valid student ID will be required on site. The registration deadline is November 5, 2012.
Nurses
There is no registration fee required for CAMS members, nurses, residents, fellows, and students that register by the registration deadline. There is an additional $25 door registration fee for all walk-in registrations the day of the event.

Health Disparities in Chinese 2012: From Bench to Bedside

Conference Objectives:
1) To review evidence for disparities in disease risk factors, prevalence, and outcomes for Chinese in North America.

2) To discuss the clinical implications of disparities for health care delivery and management of disease.

3) To develop research and program agendas to address disparities.
