During the workshop we will discuss Bank of America Merrill Lynch capabilities in Medical Practice Lending and Equipment Financing.  We will cover everything from a physician starting their first practice, to a more established practice buying out or expanding into new locations.  We will also cover Medical Equipment financing and leasing.   The second part of the program will talk about strategies for medical practices to set up SEP IRAs, Simple IRAs, 401ks, Profit Sharing Plans and Defined Benefit Plans.  This helps the physicians to defer their income, reducing current tax year liabilities, and help retain key employees while saving for retirement.
