Please join us on April 9th from 6-6:45 PM for our second CAMS Provider Health and Wellness Program. Our second session “The Feel Good Plan” will be lead by Ms. Jane Wong (Certified Health and Wellness Coach). Jane will be sharing exercises focused on easing indigestion to aid with the absorption of nutrients and elimination.

A Wellness Coach and self-care advocate for all, specializing in caregivers and care-providers due to her years of experience in healthcare. Jane has always been passionate about helping others heal and is truly passionate about working with others to return to a balanced life at Balanced Living By Jane Wong.
After working in healthcare for years, her passion took a toll on her own health and she started to fight her own battles of healing. Jane was determined to find out why she got sick from doing something she loved? The answer was....Imbalance!
She is always curious to find ways to restore balance for herself and others. She currently teaches Yoga, Pilates, Meditation and Integrative Nutrition to private clients, support groups, and healthcare professionals to help restore the balance in their lives.
Check-in Registration begins at 5:30 PM.
