  • CAIPA Member's Registration Fees are to be covered by CAIPA. You must preregister for this event. Your CAMS Membership must be in good standing in order to qualify. Any non-member guests of CAIPA members will not be covered by CAIPA. CAIPA Member Registration is non-transferable. Your membership will be verified with CAIPA before your ticket will be issued for this event.
  • Your CAMS Membership must be in good standing in order to register for this event.
  • Senior Members are considered to be active members of the Society who no longer engage in clinical or academic work. No CME will be provided.
  • You must be enrolled in an accredited U.S. medical or dental school to qualify. If you are not currently a CAMS Student Member you may be asked to provide a letter of good standing from your school to verify your enrollment.

CAMS 2016 Annual Scientific Conference

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and Policies of the Medical Society of the State of New York (MSSNY) through the joint providership of Maimonides Medical Center and CAMS. Maimonides Medical Center is accredited by The Medical Society of the State of New York (MSSNY) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. 

Maimonides Medical Center designates this Live activity for a maximum of 6.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
