  • CAIPA Member's Registration Fees are to be covered by CAIPA. You must preregister for this event. Your CAMS Membership must be in good standing in order to qualify. Any non-member guests of CAIPA members will not be covered by CAIPA. CAIPA Member Registration is non-transferable. Your membership will be verified with CAIPA before your ticket will be issued for this event.
  • You must be enrolled in an accredited U.S. medical or dental school to qualify. If you are not currently a CAMS Student Member you may be asked to provide a letter of good standing from your school to verify your enrollment.

    Registration Fee for Medical Students is refundable if the student attends. The pre-registration fee is non-refundable if the student does not attend. You may cancel your registration up to 1 week (October 27, 2018) prior to the Annual Conference with no penalty. Student walk-in registration is $40 and non-refundable.

ACCREDITATION STATEMENT

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance the Essential Areas and Policies of the Medical Society of the State of New York (MSSNY) through the joint sponsorship of Maimonides Medical Center and Chinese American Medical Society.  Maimonides Medical Center is accredited by the Medical Society of the State of New York (MSSNY) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
